LEAI Studios Design and Build were asked to completely transform Spanby Road. We performed a total remodel of the interior to open up the space, open plan modern living with open plan kitchen.

Tasks included kitchen installation, flooring, stair renovation, bathroom installation, french doors, apart from building the property, this is as close as a new build as it gets.
